Attendance at auctions this year has been very good. Around 200 people are coming for the viewing and about 100 stay for the auction. The top sellers this month were a stuffed Barn Owl and a Chinese carved wood standard lamp. Who could of predicted that! There was a good selection of watches and jewellery with a miners watch at the start and a couple of rings at the end of the auction selling well. You can see these and the other varied items below.
Our next auction is at Badger Farm on the 6th May. On the 3rd June we are back at Itchen Abbas Village with a cycle auction starting at noon followed by the general auction. We will also be running a sale of musical instruments at the Alresford Music Festival on Saturday the 10th of June. If you have anything to sell at these specialist auctions, please submit descriptions and images asap to attract the buyers.
